Hello Karen! I think in the same way you think, in the two questions. But you said something that I forgot... Natural ingredients are healthier, and this is true. I already studied about that. Until processed meal is less healthier than the food that was not processed, imagine about the pills... For example, when you eat a whole carrot is more healthier than when you eat carrot that come in a box already grated.
Karen, I am so glad that you exposed your opinion, because I used to think that we must save our time as much as possible by cutting the meal's time. However, after your words I started to think about, and, as you have said, a peal will never be the same as a natural food, even the peal contains all the necessary nutrition. Regarding the second question, I totally agree with you. All human relationships should be conducted by respect, responsibility and education. Thanks for your post and I hope more people think in the same way that you do!! See you!!
Hey Duda! Thanks a lot for your comment! I will be proud of me if I could change someone thoughts about this subject! Let's think about even in our meals? If they were healthy? ;P
Such a good point that I didn't think about! Food with natural ingredients is the best...and certainly pills can only replicate that. Like Duda, said, the peel of many fruits and vegetables are the most nutritious. Could a pill really be as nutritious as natural food? You've got me thinking on that one, Karen....
How you treat each other is something that we learn as children, and unfortunately, many children are taught that having certain attributes (like power and money) makes them more valuable than others. So, when these kinds of people become CEOs and stuff, they continue to treat people that way. I almost feel like CEOs should be required to walk in the shoes of those lower on the hierarchy scale just so they see how it feels so that don't treat others as lesser than them.

Hey Latesha, thanks for your comment!
DeleteAnd I really agree with you, CEOs must learned how to treat each other before they start their career.
